How do I purchase tickets for an event?

You will need to purchase tickets to an event directly through the performing company. Visit our tickets page for more information about shows and ticket information.

When is your Box Office open?

The Ritz Theater does not provide a box office for all performances that take place here. Please contact the producing arts organization directly on our tickets page for ticket information.

Theater Latte Da's Box Office is open Tuesday-Friday 12pm-5pm, and on Theater Latté Da performance days one hour before curtain.

The Ritz Theater has over 14 wheelchair accessible seats available. For more information about assistive hearing devices, American Sign Language Interpreted performances, and/or Audio Described performances, please contact the performing organization directly.

What can I bring to the show?

For the comfort and safety of everyone, please do not bring in the following items: weapons, aerosol cans (hair spray, mace, pepper spray, etc.), outside food & beverage, pocket knives (with a blade longer than 2 inches), utility tools, laser light pointers, bottles, cans, large bags and coolers. Professional cameras or recording devices are not allowed. The Ritz Theater is a non-smoking facility.

Is there an ATM available?

There is no ATM on-site at the Ritz Theater. An ATM is located at the 331 Club just down the street, or at the Super America at the intersection of University and Broadway just one block south.

Does the Ritz Theater serve food?

Yes, food is available for purchase at the Ritz Theater Concessions in the lobby, catered by Surdyks. There also are a number of restaurants near the Ritz Theater. How do I get to The Theater?

Where can I park near the Ritz Theater?

In addition to street parking all around the Ritz Theater, there also are several outdoor parking lots nearby. A small lot is located directly across the street from the theater, and a larger lot is located behind the Sheridan Clinic. Please enter this larger lot via University Avenue. Is there Handicap parking available near the Ritz Theater?

Yes. There is Handicap parking in the small lot directly across the street from the theater. There is also a Handicap Unloading Zone directly in front of the theater.

Where are the Restrooms located in the Ritz Theater?

Restrooms are located on either side of the Ritz Theater Lobby.

Where is lost and found?

While at a performance, please ask any Usher or the House Manager for assistance. If you realize you lost an item after leaving the theater, please call 612-339-3003 Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm for assistance.
